how to manage stress
Everyday, we all  hustle up and down, perhaps trying to meet up with life expectation. That is why we have a lot of people who are burnt out totally and find it difficult enjoying their lives, going through the motions of living.

This stress of course can impair your joy, your peace, and your health in many ways you don’t know. Health is wealth they say.  If you notice one or more of the following, you should take a step back and pay attention to your health.

A headache and body ache

The most telling sign that your body needs to wind down is a constant or a reoccurring headache, and body ache that does not go away. You can pop all the pain meds in the world, but if you don’t take away the cause of the stress, it will keep coming back.

Constant fatigue

Are you always tired? You fall asleep once your head touches the pillow but you somehow wake up even more exhausted? Your body is stressed, and you need to take drastic steps to get yourself back to a place of relaxation.

While anxiety is a normal reaction to issues we feel like we have no control over, this usually does not take over our lives. If you are feeling so anxious that you jump at every shadow and you cannot sleep and your heart beats in fear at everything, then there is something wrong.

Crankiness and irritability

When you find yourself constantly snapping at everyone and angry over little things, you should wonder when the last time you had a good night’s sleep was.
Usually, taking care of the cause of stress is the biggest step you will need to take in getting rid of it. Your body will thank you, and you will feel more at peace.
